Abdul Basit Andrabi completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar. After joining the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, he has been carrying out his research on physics-based simulation and modeling of hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite (HOIP) solar cells.

Jawaharlal Pati has completed his M.Tech from the Department of Nanotechnology, IIT Patna. Currently, he is carrying out his research on the development of processes for isolating single metal-oxide nanowires and manipulating their properties for application as sensors. He is also working with Prof. D. Pamu, Dept. of Physics, IIT Guwahati.

Imrongmenla Ozukum completed her B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan. She pursued her M.Tech. in Communication Engineering from NIT Nagaland and later joined IIT Guwahati for her PhD. She is currently working on development of nanodevices that serve the dual purpose of energy generation and storage.

Abinash Baruah has completed his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Assam Engineering College. Subsequently, he joined in the MS+PhD dual degree program at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and has been pursuing his research on fabrication, characterization and simulation of perovskite-based light emitting devices.

Radharani Yumlembam completed her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Manipur and her M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded system from NIT Manipur. Subsequently, she joined the PhD Programme at the IIT Guwahati and has been working on the development of memristive crossbar ReRAMs using all-inorganic perovskites for neuromorphic computing. She is also working with Prof. Roy P. Paily, Dept. of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, IIT Guwahati.
