Rekib Uddin Ahmed completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from North-Eastern Hill University in 2013. He completed his M.Tech in Electronics Design and Technology from Tezpur University in 2015, followed by a Ph.D. from NIT Meghalaya, specializing in analog circuit design and device modeling. He has teaching experience and worked as a senior project research scientist at IIT Bombay, focusing on phase change memory and FeCAP modeling. Currently, he is an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Guwahati, focusing on compact model development for DG MOSFETs.

Abdul Basit Andrabi completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication engineering from the National Institute of  Technology (NIT) Srinagar in 2015. He joined the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2016 and is presently carrying out his doctoral research on the characterization of Hybrid Organic-Inorganic Perovskite (HOIP) solar cells. 

Jawaharlal Pati has completed his M.Tech from the Department of Nanotechnology, IIT Patna. Currently, he is carrying out his doctoral research in the field of nanowire devices and their applications in Optical thermometry.

Imrongmenla Ozukum completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan in 2020. She pursued her Master's Degree in Communication Engineering from NIT Nagaland in 2024, and later joined IIT Guwahati for her PhD in the same year

Dalesh completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur, in 2022. He joined the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master's in Microelectronics Photonics and RF, working on Memristor crossbar array simulation.

Atanu Purkayastha graduated from Gauhati University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication in 2014. He started the MS+PhD programme at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2016 and is presently working in the optimization and fabrication of lead-free perovskite tandem solar cells.

Abinash Baruah has completed his Bachelor in Engineering (B.E.)  in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Assam Engineering College, Assam in 2018. He joined Dual (Ms+PhD) at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2019 and is currently pursuing his doctoral research on fabrication, characterization and simulation of perovskite based light emitting devices and transistors.

Radharani Yumlembam completed her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Manipur in 2019 and her M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded system from NIT Manipur in 2022. She joined PhD Programme at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in 2022 and currently working on a memristive crossbar array using all-inorganic perovskite for neuromorphic computing.

Sayan completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata in 2022. He joined Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2023 and currently doing masters in MPRF and working on ReRAM peripheral circuit design project.
