Research Scholars
Himangshu Jyoti Gogoi has completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar in 2013. Thereafter he has done M.Tech in Microelectronics and VLSI design from NIT Silchar. Recently, he has completed his doctoral research on the design, optimization, and modelling of HOIP memristive devices from IIT Guwahati. He has published several research papers in SCI journals and international conferences.

Atanu Purkayastha graduated from Gauhati University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication in 2014. He started the MS+PhD programme at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2016 and is presently working in the optimization and fabrication of lead-free perovskite tandem solar cells.

Abinash Baruah has completed his Bachelor in Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Assam Engineering College, Assam in 2018. He joined Dual (Ms+PhD) at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2019 and is currently pursuing his doctoral research on fabrication, characterization and simulation of perovskite based light emitting devices and transistors.

Radharani Yumlembam completed her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Manipur in 2019 and her M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded system from NIT Manipur in 2022. She joined PhD Programme at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in 2022 and currently working on a memristive crossbar array using all-inorganic perovskite for neuromorphic computing.

Sayan completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata in 2022. He joined Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2023 and currently doing masters in MPRF and working on ReRAM peripheral circuit design project.
Rekib Uddin Ahmed completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from North-Eastern Hill University in 2013. He completed his M.Tech in Electronics Design and Technology from Tezpur University in 2015, followed by a Ph.D. from NIT Meghalaya, specializing in analog circuit design and device modeling. He has teaching experience and worked as a senior project research scientist at IIT Bombay, focusing on phase change memory and FeCAP modeling. Currently, he is an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Guwahati, focusing on compact model development for DG MOSFETs.
