Abinash Baruah has completed his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Assam Engineering College. Subsequently, he joined in the MS+PhD dual degree program at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and has been pursuing his research on fabrication, characterization and simulation of perovskite-based light emitting devices.

Radharani Yumlembam completed both her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and her M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from NIT Manipur. Subsequently, she joined IIT Guwahati and has been working on the development of memristive crossbar ReRAMs using all-inorganic perovskites for neuromorphic computing. She is also working with Prof. Roy P. Paily, Dept. of EEE, IIT Guwahati.

Ph. Nonglen Meitei completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Sri Siddhartha Institute Of Technology, Tumkur and his M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from NIT Manipur. He earns his PhD from NIT Nagaland and later joined IIT Guwahati as Visvesvaraya Post-Doctoral Fellow. He is currently working on Memristor-based neuromorphic olfactory system.

Rabin Paul completed his B.E. from Assam Engineering College in Electronics and Tele-communication Enginnering, and did his M.Tech in Electronics Design and Technology from Tezpur University. He did his Ph.D from NIT Silchar and later on joined IIT Guwahati as Post Doctoral fellow. He is currently working on third and fourth generation solar cell design and modelling.

Currently, he is carrying out his research on the development of processes for isolating single metal-oxide nanowires and manipulating their properties for application as sensors. He is also working with Prof. D. Pamu, Dept. of Physics, IIT Guwahati.

She is currently working on development of nanodevices that serve the dual purpose of energy generation and storage.

Guri Thanusha completed her BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. For masters she joined in Microelectronics, Photonics and RF Engineering (MPRF) in IIT Guwahati. She currently doing her project on designing a small discrete circuit using PV cell, PMIC and supercapacitor that can power a simulated Edge-AI Load.
